Ayla wakes up in a mountainous landscape, surrounded only by vegetation and a river. Driven by curiosity and a desire to get to know the place, she goes on a journey of discovery and diving. As she discovers where she is, she also discovers herself.

AniMAM is a serie of animated films for early childhood with artistic content. The project has become a training program for artists, aiming at the collaborative development of audiovisual works for MAM Rio. In this edition, the artist Brígida Baltar and her work are the subjects of the film produced by me (animation) and Ciana (soundtrack). Brígida Baltar collected materials from her intimate life, such as water from drippings or brick dust (used in later works). She was considered a pioneer in the concept of transitory sculpture in Brazil.

A woman wakes up among mountains in a landscape composed only of vegetation and a river. She lets herself be carried away by the current of discovery and each step reveals more of the world around her. As she crosses the unknown and discovers where she is, she also finds herself.

Jussara is the living memory of the village where she lives, known as a counselor and storyteller, who enchants and engages everyone around her. One day she realizes she is tired of carrying so many stories and decides to live her own.
